Peak App

By Hafizul Hafis

Peak is another application for brain training. It comes like a game but actually, it is one of exercise for your brain.

You can check your data to find your ability or skills.

It is also make you be a multitasking person. Peak, which develops games with experts at major universities like Cambridge and Yale, fits that bill. The program's 40 games feel a bit more like games than educational activities, which could make it the perfect training app for you.

Games focus on training memory, attention, problem solving, mental agility, language, coordination, creativity and emotion control, with Advanced Training Programs that focus on training very specific skills.

This Application also will keeping reminding you to use it at least one’s per day.

Based on Professor Sahakian “all games should be fun. However, not all games have an evidence base,”

Peak launched after elevate application launched.

The Differences between Elevate and Peak is Peak more function than Elevate.

But the weakness of this application is  for personalized workouts, access to all challenges, and additional statistics and insights, a Peak Pro plan is required. Prices for these vary depending on the plan itself, but even the least expensive plan means a recurring cost must be incurred in order to enjoy a full experience with Peak. However, if you’re serious about enhancing your mental faculties, a subscription to Peak may seem like a reasonable prospect.

It’s not mean this application not good all things is not perfect but between Elevate and Peak I choose Peak to be my partner in brain exercise.
