A brand that is famous with its association with art and creatives has just announced a new product to feed these souls with their needs while on the go. The Wacom MobileStudio Pro is a Windows 10 tablet that looks like the company’s Intous graphics tablet, but it is mobile and compact.
What makes this tablet different than the rest is the integration of Wacom’s tools into the tablet itself. It comes with the Wacom Pro Pen2, designed to have better accuracy than previous models, and pressure sensitivity 4 times better as well.
Wacom offers two variants of the MobileStudio Pro - the 13 and 16 inch, and each has two different models under them. It runs Intels's Core processor, ranging from a Core i5 and the Intel Iris Pro graphics for the lowest model, all the way to the Intel Core i coupled with NVIDIA's Quadro M1000M graphics chip.
The 4 models included in the Pro 13 series feature a 13.3-inch display with a 2.5K resolution, IPS panel, and an Adobe RGB rating of 96%. The remaining two models (the ones in the Pro 16 series) feature 15.6-inch displays with a 4K resolution, IPS panel, and an Adobe RGB rating of 94%. And, if you happen to opt for either the MobileStudio Pro 13 or 16 that has a 512 GB SSD, you'll also get a 3D camera.
If you are looking to get one, the Wacom MobileStudio Pro starts from USD 1499 (~RM 6229) for the 64GB 13.3 inch model. It may be high for a tablet, but it does come with Wacom’s proven pen technology built-in. Stay tuned to TechNave for more Wacom news.
